Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Imtizaj Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Health and personal care items (e.g. skin creams, oils, etc.)

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Opened or used products that are not defective


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to appear.

  3. Contact your bank — processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@imtizajstore.com and ship your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the sender had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll refund the purchase to the original buyer.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
